Saad Lafi

Head of Logistics

Saad Lafi is Head of Logistics at Versana Productions, bringing more than ten years of experience in fleet management, vehicle logistics, and on-ground production movement across complex films, campaigns, events, automotive work, and large-scale production servicing. His work covers the physical side of production: crew, cast, vehicles, equipment, machinery, VIP handling, picture vehicles, company moves, remote access, and final wrap.

Saad studied Computer Information Systems and grew up alongside an artistic background in puppetry, theatre, and television acting, giving him an early feel for performance, timing, and set rhythm. He came up through the transport and logistics side of the industry, moving from coordination and fleet work into department leadership across production markets in the region.

He has worked on productions and campaigns for major international brands and institutions, with credits spanning Dune: Part Two, Messiah, Wonderland, The Point Men, Special Ops, The Watchful Eye, and Alkhallat+, alongside Netflix-related productions and brand work for Qatar Airways, Royal Jordanian, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Expedia, De Beers, and Zara.
