A Global Luxury Campaign, Built in the Open Desert.

A global luxury jewellery production in Wadi Rum: remote desert access, an international crew, high-value jewellery, a global ambassador, and a custom art installation built on the sand. The location demanded a full production structure around it. Every layer had to be built from the ground up: access, accommodation, security, equipment, transport, talent movement, and the field support needed to land a campaign of this scale in open terrain. Access, accommodation, security, equipment, and talent movement all ran across a 5-day schedule, at the standard a global De Beers campaign demands.

On-Ground Production Management in Wadi Rum.

Working under Fluid within the North Six Global production structure, the producer team behind Versana managed the on-ground production layer in Jordan: scouting, permits, desert access, crew coordination, casting, equipment, accommodation logistics, transportation, customs handling, shipping facilitation, fittings, VIP airport meet-and-greet, security planning, talent movement, and field operations. The responsibility ran from location and permits through desert build, field operations, crew movement, talent support, and shoot-day control.

Supporting an International Production Across Wadi Rum Desert.

The production took place across remote desert terrain where every practical layer had to be planned before the crew arrived. The producer team scouted and secured the sites, cleared permits, planned terrain and road access, and set the logistics for moving a large international crew between base and desert across a 5-day shoot. Accommodation, travel, and talent support were coordinated at scale, from customs and shipping to fittings and VIP arrivals, alongside security planning around high-value jewellery and the build of a custom art installation on the sand, so the shoot could run across open terrain without losing time or control.

A global De Beers campaign was shot across 5 days in Wadi Rum, held on the ground by the producer team behind Versana, from remote location access and desert logistics to the custom installation at the heart of the shoot.
