Versana Productions managed the live content production operation for Hevolution Foundation's Global Healthspan Summit 2023 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Held at Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh under the theme "Together We Thrive!", the two-day summit brought together 2,000 attendees and 120 speakers, while Versana led a 55-person production crew and delivered 250 content assets across motion, stills, interviews, corporate film, creator-led coverage, podcast coverage, BTS, transcription, post-production, and social-first video.

THE BRIEF
Building the Content System for a New Global Summit.
The brief was to build the content operation for the first edition of a global healthspan summit, with VaynerMedia's social and content requirements running alongside a live two-day programme. The work had to support interviews, portrait sessions, podcast coverage, corporate film, creator-led content, BTS, transcription, post-production, and social-first delivery while the event was active. The brief suited a team used to protocol-led environments, VIP movement, and fast-moving media coverage around high-profile live events. Versana's experience across fashion shows, international event coverage, and behind-the-event media management made the team a strong operational fit without turning the case study into a wider company pitch. Everything had to be built around the movement of the summit: capture across the event floor, interview and podcast coverage around shifting speaker windows, approvals, edits, transcription, post-production, and a delivery flow that could move from camera to finished asset while the programme was still live.

The Live Content Layer Behind a New Global Summit.
Versana Productions built the on-ground content production structure for the summit: filming teams, photography units, interview setups, portrait capture, corporate film support, podcast coverage, creator-led coverage, BTS, social capture, transcription, post-production, finishing, and approval routing, with a 55-person crew moving between sessions, interview spaces, podcast setup, content teams, and the event floor. Working alongside VaynerMedia, with VaynerX among the teams around the programme, Versana structured the live content operation and carried it through the two-day summit, taking motion, stills, interviews, podcast material, corporate film content, and social-first video from capture through to delivery.

With no previous edition to work from, the operation was built around the live programme in real time. Interviews, portrait moments, podcast coverage, creator-led coverage, BTS, and social capture ran alongside sessions, with crew repositioning as speaker windows opened and closed across the two days. Versana ran the flow from capture to delivery: motion and stills, edit flow, transcription, post-production, finishing, approval routing, and final asset delivery. The system kept content moving while the summit stayed live, supporting both immediate social-first output and the wider content library needed after the event.
The result was a live summit content operation that delivered 250 assets across the first Global Healthspan Summit, creating a foundation of motion, stills, interviews, podcast coverage, BTS, corporate film material, transcription-supported content, and social-first video for Hevolution Foundation's communications.
