A Production House Workflow for a Netflix Launch.

Netflix's launch of AlRawabi School for Girls called for a standalone launch episode, developed with Sweetwater MEA and delivered via YouTube Live, built around Season 1 cast members and content creators to mark the series launch with original content. Versana Productions led the production from concept development through final delivery, on the ground in Amman.

Versana Productions carried the full production house scope: concept and creative development, preparation with Sweetwater MEA, Netflix alignment, PPM, storyboarding, and set design. The team coordinated the director, DOP, sound, and music team, alongside production planning and logistics. Season 1 cast members, featured talent, and content creators connected to the series were coordinated throughout the shoot. Versana led the production on the ground in Amman while Netflix and Sweetwater MEA stayed aligned through remote reviews, approvals, and delivery checkpoints, carrying client servicing across the full workflow from PPM to final launch delivery.

Versana ran the production end to end: shoot management on the ground in Amman, with the director, DOP, sound, and music team coordinated alongside Season 1 cast members and content creators through every stage of the shoot. From wrap, the material moved through post-production, editing, color, and revisions to final delivery, with Netflix and Sweetwater MEA aligned throughout via remote reviews and approval checkpoints.
