Hotels.com / Expedia Group
Versana Productions ran local production servicing for a Hotels.com / Expedia Group hospitality and travel campaign, with Brachfeld as the creative production company, filmed across Dubai and Çeşme / Alaçatı, Türkiye. Across four shoot days in two countries, the production brought together 71 crew, real hotel environments, casting and fittings in both markets, and a full company move from the UAE to Türkiye.

THE BRIEF
Two Countries, Real Hotels, One Continuous Creative World.
The brief covered the full production landing in the UAE and carrying through to Türkiye: real hotel environments in both countries, each with its own approvals, access rules, guest-facing spaces, and available shoot windows, alongside casting, fittings, styling, crew, and travel across both markets. A full company move sat in the middle of the schedule. Talent, styling, crew, approvals, and hotel access transferred from one market to the next, with each property carrying its own route to a workable shoot window inside a live guest environment.

VERSANA'S ROLE
The Local Production Layer Across Two Markets.
Versana Productions led the on-ground production across Dubai and Türkiye, turning the campaign's creative requirements into a working shoot in each market. Scouting, permits, and hotel coordination came first, followed by casting, fittings, crew, suppliers, travel movement, and translation support, carried through the full production process. Brachfeld led the creative behind the campaign; Versana held the practical layer together so the creative direction held consistently from one country to the next, with styling led by Meltem Ulker across both markets. The work moved from scouting into fittings in both markets, then into execution across live hotel environments, with client, creative, and hotel partners aligned around each shoot window.
RESPONSE & EXECUTION
Two Markets, One Move, One Standard.
The production was built around two active markets and one carefully timed company move. Dubai and Türkiye each required their own hotel coordination, suppliers, crew, casting, and fittings, while the travel and down day reset the unit from one country to the other without breaking creative or production continuity. In each market, Versana built the ground layer ahead of the shoot: scouting, hotel approvals, permits, supplier alignment, crew, transport, and accommodation. On set, translation support and clear coordination held client, creative, hotel partners, crew, and talent together through every shoot window, from first call sheet to final wrap.
The result was a complete hospitality and travel asset library produced across two countries, with production continuity held between Dubai and Türkiye throughout.
PRODUCTION PROOF
What Versana Handled on the Ground
Hotel Access & Location Coordination
Each hotel carried its own access rules, approval process, and shoot window. Versana coordinated property access, room and public-space permissions, and guest-facing environments so each location could work for the camera without disrupting hotel operations.
Casting, Fittings & Talent
The campaign was cast across both markets, with fittings in Dubai and Türkiye and talent approvals moving between teams. Versana kept casting, fittings, extras, and styling continuity organised around styling led by Meltem Ulker, so the visual world stayed consistent from one country to the next.
Travel, Crew & Company Move
Moving the production from Dubai to the Turkish coast meant relocating the travelling unit, equipment, and schedule across a single travel and down day. Versana managed the move, accommodation, and handover between production bases so the Türkiye leg opened ready to shoot.
Shoot-Day Production Support
Across active shoot days, Versana ran call sheets, crew flow, suppliers, transport, and timing, with translation support bridging local crew and international teams. Multiple teams stayed aligned so each day held its schedule.
